Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Return

1. Email returns@criticalmass.club with your order number and reason for return.
2. Receive your return authorization and shipping label.
3. Ship items within 14 days of receiving your return authorization.
4. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return your original item and place a new order. This ensures you receive your preferred size or color as quickly as possible.
