1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Critical Mass Strength Club's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

3. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, the colors you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer.

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase.

5. Pre-Orders

Many of our items are sold as pre-orders. When you place a pre-order, your payment method is charged in full at the time of purchase to reserve your size. Estimated ship dates are shown on each product page and are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. If a pre-order is delayed significantly or cannot be fulfilled, you may cancel for a full refund of that item.
